Looking to take your farming to new heights? Join us on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 for the SOWTH 2025 Farm Tour at Snapfinger Farm, where you’ll learn the ins and outs of scaling up small farm operations.
Founded by Rahul Anand, Snapfinger Farm began in 2016 on 2.5 acres and scaled up to 30 acres in 2022, moving just outside of Atlanta. The farm is Certified Naturally Grown and operates without herbicides and with minimal organic pesticides.
The Snapfinger farm tour will educate attendees on how to expand their farm operations to begin selling through wholesale markets, farmers markets, and the restaurant industry.
One this 1.5 hour farm tour, you’ll learn:
- How to efficiently scale up production while maintaining profitability
- Techniques for mechanized diversified vegetable production
- Strategies for conducting a crop cost analysis to determine wholesale profitability
